Yes. For each property you set exactly which documents are required and which are optional. The list is filtered for your property's country.

What if a tenant registers without me inviting them?

You'll receive a notification and have 30 days to review their details, upload the agreement, and approve or decline. Nothing activates until you approve.

Can I store my own property documents?

Yes. Your private Property Vault stores sale deeds, registration, property tax, NOC, and insurance. Tenants cannot see this vault.

How do I join Zaynopay?

Two ways: your owner invites you and you receive login details by email, or you register yourself and search for your owner and property.

Can my owner see my personal documents?

Only documents you upload as part of your tenancy (like Aadhaar for verification) are visible to your owner. Your private Document Wallet is completely invisible to them.

Can I have rentals from multiple owners in one app?

Yes. All your tenancies appear on your dashboard, each managed separately with its own rent history and documents.

How are my documents protected?

Every file is encrypted with AES-256 before being stored. Files are never stored in plain text. Only you, with a valid login, can decrypt and download them.

Can Zaynopay staff see my documents?

No. Documents are encrypted with keys that are never exposed, even to our team. Only authenticated users with the right access can decrypt files.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes. Go to Profile → Delete Account. All your data, documents, and records are permanently deleted within 30 days.

What notifications will I receive?

Owners get rent due reminders (7 days, 3 days, on the day), overdue alerts, tenant approval reminders, and document prompts. Tenants get rent reminders, approval updates, and document request reminders.

Can I turn off notifications?

Yes. In Profile → Notification Preferences you can toggle each notification type on or off individually.

Does the app work offline?

For viewing cached data, yes. Adding payments or uploading documents requires an internet connection.
